It's not that you have no chance (I mean, a lot of people are running super old school decks with no extra deck) but it's got a pretty good chance against the other decks in general is what I'm saying.

Also, if we're talking about Cyber Dragons a decent amount of support came back since GX. 2013 gave us the Structure Deck, which in turn gave us Nova, Zwei, Drei, Core, Proto-cyber Dragon... Lots of good stuff. You can freaking Machine Dupe core and pull out 2 actual Cyber Dragons from your deck. It's stupid.

Oh right, there's also Chimeratech Rampage Dragon.
