Connor was so shocked he didn't have time to even think about returning the hug. "It was nothing, really" he said modestly, glancing away. He had been happy to help, and hadn't expected to have such a good evening. Or to receive a hug like that. 

He cleared his throat "well then, maybe you can help me there too" he said, then realized he had just as if she would dance with him. "I mean...if you want to..."

He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket but ignored it for now
