The only problem with posting order that i can see is that. 

If someone randomly is AFK for a bit it can really bog down the RP
Since we are in different places it seems a little silly to wait on someone else. shaky reasoning there i know

The best solution i see is not so much of a posting order but a posting wait time. So at least two posts for every one of yours.
