Description:
Cynthia raises her hands above her head, creating a magic circle, and streams of light shoot upward from it. The streams then seek out allies and attach themselves to them, wrapping each person with a glowing ribbon. This ribbon constantly heals the target along with defending them from further attack. The barrier the Ribbons create can only withstand so much, and once it is broken the effects of the ribbon vanish.
