Partners are subject to change either when the pair submits a form to split, when one of the 2 dies, or the end of the year. Of course, forms are renewable at the start of the new year, and stuff.

Depending on the difficulty rating/classification of a target/dungeon/thing (We'll just refer to these as Black Gates for now, since we are gatekeepers, and all) a gatekeeper might go in solo, or take an entire army. Obviously, certain gatekeepers don't do solo, and some only go in solo.
