Well, I'd be willing to go 80 or 78 for Euphoria, but Pipley has to be at least somewhere in the 90's, and Raven has to be 100. It wouldn't make sense if they weren't...
Also, Electricia is a Pichu <XD A level 100 Pichu...isn't exactly the highest of threats.
