It's called Baccano! a 16 episode anime by funimation. also do yourself a favor and watch it in dub. Watching it in sub sucks cause you don't get the amazing 1930 accents

(I recommend), High School DxD (I recommend if you can put up with the extreme Ecchi), High School of the Dead (I recommend if you can put up with the ecchi), Fairy Tail, Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! (I recommend), Nurarihyon no Mago (I recommend), Aquarion (I recommend), Aquarion EVOL (I recommend), Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (I recommend), and there are a crap ton more, but those are generally my tops when I think of anime.
