Warren had an abundance of free time on his hands since declining any further contracts for a time being, all in hopes to score big with Orb Weaver. So he decided to visit a man by the name of Radomir, an elderly gentlemen of Czech decent. The same man that designed and built the suit that Warren wears to adorn the guise of Bolt, the Shocking Merc. He zipped through the power lines within Gotham until finally reaching his target location. Shooting out of the cable and quickly reverting back to normal as he landed. Warren cracked his neck to the left and right before entering the door. Descending down the stairs to the basement was the only way to reach Radomir but not before stopping at a heavy steel door with a number pad entry lock. Warren entered the 6 digit code and passed through the threshold of a brilliant inventor. Walking into the first open door put Warren inside the developmental room where he was easily able to find the grey bearded man. "Ah, mister Bolt, jak se máte? How are you?" he repeated in english, some times forgetting that he slips into his native tongue from time to time. "I hope there's nothing wrong with the suit." Radomir added with a worried look. "It's fine. Just dropped by to see if you had any new projects." said Warren as he looked around, glancing at the various gadgets and vials that lined the shelves. "I do have something you may like." Radomir said with a devilish grin. He walked over to a desk and handed a small metal puck to Warren. "This is one of a few prototypes that I've designed especially for you. Simply apply an electric current and throw. The device has a 3 second delay before emitting wide arcs of radiant electric current for about 10 seconds. Great for setting traps, distractions or whatever clever use you can think of." he said with a pleased tone. "And how many of these do you have?" Warren asked but as he did, Radomir handed him 4 more. "I will begin making more now that I can see they have caught your interest. You must leave me to work. Good day to you mister Bolt." he said in joking manner but he turned his back to the desk and began tinkering on what must have been another puck. Warren slipped the 5 he had been handed into his pockets and headed out. Radomir gave Bolt his brilliant prototypes in exchange for help acquiring rare materials or components. This was the nature of their relationship. Once Warren was back outside, he stretched a little before looking up at the clouds and closing his eyes. In a flash and loud crack, he vanished.
