Charles followed Guardian Angel to a place where Jason Todd's memorial was and she showed him the tablet. It was hard to desipher at first, but he soon was able to read the words.

"It reads, 'No secret too deep for us to see. The wish of the heart revealed. It shall be granted upon ye.' It looks like some kind of message, but I don't really what the purpose is and why it would be on a tablet so old" Charles said to her.

Nikolai did care about the safety of children, but drawing this much attention would not turn out too well. When Hunter lashed out at him, Nikolai was knocked off his feet and he clutched at his face in pain a short moment.

"You foolish bastard! I'll take off your head!" Nikolai shouted as he got back to his feet and using his superhuman upper body speed, Nikolai threw an extremely sharp sawblade that was specially designed to spin and cut through metal while flying. The projectile was heading straight for Hunter and Nikolai was waiting for the saw to slice off the man's head.
