I'mma have to agree a Native American uprising is a pretty improbable thing to see happen. They're far too few and the times it was tried to any militant effect was too fringe. And as Duck said several of those states are in Serbian territory because I accidentally drew them in Serbia, and decided to roll with it. Though attempts at doing it from Greece would give the Serbs something to do for their favorite past time of politicide.
