Ethan certainly hadn't noticed the girl, too busy scanning the room and talking quietly to Aria, who was now on the floor.
He stood suddenly, Aria looking panicked and the other girl backing away and muttering.
"Oh no," Aria was muttering softly, her eyes wide and staring at the girl who was backing away. "E, I think...."
Ethan shushed her and climbed over to her the space between the two girls. He was looking for a sign of an accident.
[i]I didn't feel anything[/i] he thought to himself as he gave the area a quick once over. [i]Not even a hint[/i].
There was no sign of anything, no sense that Aria might have caused the accident.
He felt much better and gave a smile at Aria, who was looking at him wide eyed. He gave a slight shake of his head and watched her panic subside. He offered his hand and helped her up, and then turned and crouched down in front of the girl on the floor.
"Are you okay, miss?" he asked, though around them there was some laughter and a couple of teachers seemed to be making their way over.
He reached out his hand, "please allow me."
