Larek helped Nyx and Tala eventually beat the constructs back. Eventually, the statues lay broken, and Larek could rest for a moment. He was bruised and sore, but not seriously hurt. Catching his breath, he wiped some sweat from his brow, slowly rising to his feet again. 

"Everyone okay? Nothing broken?" Tala nodded and got up as well.

"Well..." Orna gave a dirty smile. "Tran and I wanted to mate, so we ran to a barn and started to do it on the second story of a barn, when the floor caved in and we fell onto Veax and Hermia. Everyone was okay, but it was kinda awkward. I got some hay on my butt, you know? I'll spare you the details." Orna said, laughing.

"Good to hear, Tran. Now, have you ever traveled by portal? It's not quite like the gate stone. While we can use your stone to return, you need to have a very good idea of your destination, and you haven't been to these ruins yet. So, we shall take the temple's portal. It's a bit like a door, only it leads much farther and it will shut behind us." Vespion added.

"If it is uncomfortable, they show no sign of it. I suppose it would be a bit awkward for them, but not painful. Besides, it's like our fangs. We lose them, but get as many sets as we need. It grows right back" Kos replied, referencing dracon teeth.
