There are 28 players active in the IC with a number of NPC's on top of that. Should everyone post in turn, that is already more than one page worth of material that needs to be read carefully to figure out where people are and who they are talking to.

I enjoy reading the IC thread as entertainment. Not as a piece of literature that I need to carefully analyse like I'm in an English class. I don't want to read three pages worth of IC posts five times over trying to figure out who can talk to who at that moment. the table I proposed was a solution meant to make the effort of creating an inclusive post that accounts for all characters present in a scene a bit easier.

With that out of the way I respect your authority as GM and will follow your judgement. 

Finally, could the deletion of the table be undone? I would like to copy it for my personal use if no one else is interested.

This is something I can get behind. I fear that too much bonus content would distract attention away from the red thread that is the main storyline. This leads to confusion that can cause players to not post because they have no idea what is going on.

On the other hand, bonus content is awesome.
