What if the UMMA had a general freelancer network that they could send notices for that kind of thing out for. Anyone in the are could deal with it and possibly get paid. The multiverse is too big to keep an eye on in any organized way but such an ad-hoc system would be perfect. Sort of like a bunch of volunteer fire/police/medical departments.
