Yeah. So the idea would be that if a character is stuck in a situation that they can't deal with on their own a bored character might find out about it (or a related situation to look into) and set out to help them and maybe get paid.

And it wouldn't necessarily be UMMA issues only. Anyone, provided they're not breaking any laws, should be able to get help through this system.

So I guess that the system would be divided into just general 'Help Wanted' ads and the 'Need It Right This Second' UMMA alerts.
