Well, I am working on a chuunin who uses genjutsu and medical ninjutsu and he's going to need some people to interact with.

In addition to that, the Nara clan also needs to react to the opening post. Meaning that, yeah, one of their members was killed and some form of supplies would be destroyed now. That [I]or[/I] they'd be getting news that such has happened to some of the other larger clans. This really depends on whether or not you want the Nara to be considered a large clan, or a small clan.
