As for your questions, the age group is gonna be 18-21, so as to establish the fact that they are new. to the job and sre not as hardened or experienced as the enemies they encounter (which will be a recurring theme). As for the limits of ninjutsu, there are no set limits. Ninjutsu is not an energy source like Chakra or Ki, and I'm not going for a Naruto inspired RP here. Ninjutsu is an art, which has stealth as it's poster boy.
