Don't worry, I've got Serbia next on the list to brainstorm about. But this also brings up a very important note: I need to keep up with all the in-game countries that have players. I'd rather not leave anybody out.

Another important thing to remember is that I need to figure out a unique UA for each one, plus add some UUs/UBs. In the end I may just give some of the civs UUs that already exist, such as Diplomatic Marriage for Brazil (for their SAC involvement). Others, like Ethiopia, need only minor changes (increased territorial combat bonus in exchange for unhappiness from population/cities).
