Alright, so that's a possibility then. The problem is that if we don't get anyone else interested in this, all of that planning pretty much goes to waste. For the boss, I'm feeling a sort of imposing ethnicity. Mongolians tend to look very harsh, but the boss feels kind as well. Maybe Austrian, or a Scandinavian country. Japanese people are actually jerks, not so much to foreigners, but people of their own ethnicity. They'll spit on each other, curse at each other, even telling each other to kill themselves. Japan doesn't have a high suicide rate because "oh spooky ghost stories," it's mostly because of stress and that stress leads to the hating of others to relieve that stress. The lab-coat guy feels like he could be an extremely stressed-out and hard-working Japanese citizen, that tends to push others around because of whatever. Maybe he has a low amount of patience, or just generally doesn't like other people. He fits a few underlying stereotypes of the Japanese Middle Class. For him, I'd say that Fumio ("literary/scholarly child.") Fukui ("fortunate") works. Though, I understand if you have a problem with the name being an alliteration. It'd probably be hard to remember which one is the first and last name, when they both start with the same letter, and sound similar.
