If you've used Steam at all, it's on there for a relatively cheap price, as I understand it. $20 for all the DLC and the game itself. Which is basically Solstheim but with more Nords and snow and Tribunal which ties up the game's plot to a degree.
And yeah, they're making Morrowind in the Skyrim engine. Not necessarily porting mechanics though and such.
