I will add the impressions, yeah. 

Well, I mean, we're going to level up, to fight bigger and badder monsters. If we god-mod ourselves now, so to speak, it wouldn't make much sense later on, eg somebody has 10 skills/fighting stuff at level 1, and at level 10... they have the same set, except they can hit harder? 0.o

I mean, I deliberately newbie-fied my char!
