The Albania bit I'll fix when another person has an issue so I can do it together.

Second part, I'm not entirely sure which provinces I should change nor do I believe that the PoW versions of these countries would have ended up with the same areas. If you can indicate more exactly what I need to fix I'll be happy to do it though.
