Mostly nailed it. There are a few things though

Regarding Africa, you forgot the parts of Libya that belong to Ethiopia. Also, the border with Nigeria is a little off (the three Spanish provinces that jut out from the rest should be Ethiopian). Socotra and Pemba are also Ethiopian... but that is hard to see on the map so I am not too worried about it. I made a much more detailed map of Africa that overlayed on the real world map for reference. The only other things I can see is that Malta is marked as British when it should be Spanish, and Korea should be divided between North and South.
