Just a headsup:

Jinchuuriki's are accepted, but as these are dangerous times, they are untrusted. They won't see much action outside of their village, and they're basically poor weapons the Kages' plan to use once the invasions and attacks start. 

It's to balance out characters, since Jinchuuriki's are immensely powerful in 'rage' form. 

Basically, since times are serious, he's basically a prisoner in his own village. He can still be smart, but he won't be a genius in taijutsu and ninjutsu, since the Hokage forbids the training of a volatile weapon.

Get the backstory up, and take out the Rank completely, since I forgot to take that out in the CS skeleton, and I'll review it. ^^
