In response to the proceedings Rui merely nodded and then listened in on the conversation. It appears they were at full capacity, something Rui wouldn't know, considering he wasn't exactly in charge of roster. He found it difficult to believe that they couldn't fit more people, considering not everyone attended each day, and sometimes people were signed on by name alone, so it wasn't like this room would be flocked.
