The basic of my new character has been updated into my previous CS. 

Before I continue; what is the general view on ice release? I ask all of you, naturally.

• Is it too strong? (Note, I will NOT use any cannon jutsu, because they suck anyway - except Haku's mirror, but that's just overkill in a genin)

• Two chakra natures (due to the KG, still) is too iffy on a genin?

• Is it not cool enough?
