I think America's UA should be called "Last, Best Hope for Liberty" and give them like a +25% bonus to all defense, considering all the stuff they've endured. Then again Armenia might deserve it for holding off against the Turks.

Polekraine deserves a science bonus, since it can into space. And lots of weapons.
