I've also decided that, for the time being, I will simply modify existing civs instead of making new ones entirely. This means that, say, China will remain China with it's own UU/UB and colours; however, it will have a new UA (Third International) and leader (Hou). The same will also apply to non-existing countries like Canada, which will replace Austria.

As for my first post as Mexico: I would like to apologize for it not being out yet. Schoolwork, theatrical performances, and illness aside, my procrastination has been killing my motivation to write.
