I like this when it comes to interactions with other characters.
I haven't RP'd in a while so what I'm about to say might be blatantly obvious but I'll just iterate just in case.
Maybe have OOC Discussion about what upcoming posts are going to be about, then between those who are involved has to wait for everyone else to post first? Meanwhile solo characters can post whenever until they have to interact?
