While Stevie waited for Devon's answer, using his free hand, he put the adjustable cane into his sack and pulled out the radio.

Stevie flicked on the radio, "Hello? Hello? Sorry we haven't talked on this channel, we're still alive, just a bunch of Cruise Crazies tried to ambush us. Anyone else still alive after their dealings with these guys?"
