A burst of energy came out where Dean was flying at the freezing cold coming at them to try to block the attack,Now instead of Dean standing where he was it was a women or rather looked like a women wearing a nurse outfit.The women had lighter shade of brown hair that was longer then Dean with a curvy body and a surgical mask to cover her mouth complete with a nurse hat.
