I don't think so. The main thing that nailed me about the Uchiha was how they literally slowed down time, and could literally copy anything. She's just more proficient in Genjutsu, and can put people into Genjutsu via eye techniques; which happens anyways with regular genjutsu, as you can't block the illusions, just escape them.
