I've added a lil' bit to the BoD Agent for District 16, though I will still refine it a bit more soon.

I intend for him to be a pompous fellow, looking to bring down a major crime syndicate in order to not only inflate his ego, albeit also ensure a promotion for him within the bureau, and ultimately get more credits in his pocket.
