Butcher/Fishmonger-ish. 

Also a pizza-maker and cook-ish. I work in a supermarket, I'm cross-trained but it's nothing difficult. Technically I can do some stuff that butchers can do but I'll never have to and I don't have the level of training that an actual butcher or fishmonger has. :P
