Lol yeah a lot of high-leveled ninja can disappear just with raw speed, but at times sprinting seems human-speed in the Naruto realm. Quite a few plot holes, that anime has.

From the pad: by the way it's not specifically learned by academy students lol. most genin don't rlly know it unless they've researched it or it's taught by a clan member. i put it in my cs and i guess people thought that it's learned by every student. lol

But I think I can accept everyone having it. Older Genin and Tense Times, after all.
