The way I see it; we're stronger than episode 10 Sakura, Chouji and some other weak noob

But weaker than first appearance Gaara and chuunin exams Sasuke (by a large margin on both of them)

Thing is, we shouldn't limit E~D ranked techniques so much, they're already limited enough. :P
