I feel that's the point though - to start super weak and get stronger. If we all graduated from academy, then, we shouldn't have mastered these techniques, we should be learning them + all the custom techs are a bit OP - including mine. But hey I'm not complaining too much ;)
That is why I said Branch's body flicker shouldn't be that developed. Just because an abillity is rank D desn't make it weak - it depends on how strong the user is. Nor does it mean that you get the maximum of the abillity right away :P
