Adelisa nodded at Alistair's response. "I promise you my knowledge to find Maria and return her." She stood up from her seat, feeling extremely uncomfortable at the other vampires' appearance. She started to pace, thinking about what she needed to do. She knew that Theo was going to get Adelisa back one way or another. She knew exactly what Maria was going through, exactly what Theo was doing to her. She [i]knew[/i]. Adelisa stopped and looked around. There had to be a [i]clue[/i] of some sort. She spotted something under one of the tables and walked over to it, kneeling down and picking it up. It was a note. How she didn't see it before was beyond her. She unfolded it and caught the scent of blood, her blood. It was an old scent, meaning he wrote this while she was still under his control. It said,

[i]My Dear Adelisa,
It seems you've escaped, as I predicted. You now have to look for my... special trail. Good luck. The first clue: your first outing with me. Of course, it's not going to be the exact place, seeing as you probably escaped to a different place; but an equivalent. I found you.

Adelisa shoved the note in her pocket and looked up at Alistair with a grimace. "I'll be leaving now" she said softly, walking toward the exit.

Theo grinned at the woman tied up. "You, miss, are quite a loved woman. Or we'll see." He bent down to be face to face with her. "Though I doubt they love you. You're just a pair of legs aren't you? That's too bad." He thought for a moment, thinking about his current situation. He removed her gag and said "if you even try, I'll slit your throat and you'll never see your little lover ever again." He leaned away from her and paused. He had to word this properly. "So, what do you think? A big or small wedding?" A grin spread across his lips. 

"You see, my little Adelisa will be coming to switch with you. She feels bad you were kidnapped, of course; and I miss my little pet. When she gets back, we'll be getting married, so I need a girl's opinion on a few things. Unless you want to have more blood drawn?"
