I changed the first flaw in the ns to something that made more sense than the bloated thing. 


Kind of feels like current USA. Has a damned big stick that if used could really do some good but the people are just so tired (and likely somewhat afraid) of war. 

As of right now, the dominion had been at war with the imperium for a while before the plague and now has spent two decades combatting the seemingly unstoppable plague.

It just seemed more fitting.
