Sam was carried to the doctor’s house, where he was quickly hurried inside. At this point the world was starting to grow dark, the adrenaline and natural pain killers his body had were all used up now and unconsciousness was quickly approaching to claim him and at this point he was too tired to fight it. However when Jayna tried to follow the doctor quickly turned to stop her. “I’m sorry… we’re probably going to have to operate on him, we can’t have any unnecessary people in there.” Her eyes softened and she placed a hand gently on Jayna’s shoulder. “Go home sweetie, get some rest. You look exhausted. I’ll make sure someone comes to get you when you can come see him.” When exactly that time would be she couldn’t say for certain. That wound looked vicious, as if a giant wolf or something had attacked him. He would be out for a long time whilst his body recovered. She was fairly certain he’d live, but until she got a proper look there would be no telling the fate of his arm. He was lucky it was still attached from the looks of it. All in all she needed to get to work and the woman turned and headed inside, the door closing behind her.
