Personality: Charles is a very lazy kind of guy, unmotivated to do anything that requires much effort. There are two exceptions to this rule, however, and they are combat and photography.

Wind Magic, allows him to manipulate the air and wind currents

Mental Interference Magic: Allows him to effect another person's mind, either making them see things, crack into their subconscious, ir drive them insane.

Misc:A retractable Runed sword that can catch fire and set his wind attacks on fire, and a shield that can channel his wind magic.
