Lazarus He growled. "You have only just joined Phoenix wing Joshua. I hate to pull rank, but if you stand in my way, you're just as guilty as these guys." He could feel the anger from deep within his soul bubbling up. He couldn't let it out. Not on these people. Not on anybody. Those days were behind him. "There's no need for any of us to stay here. You don't know anything about our guild members yet Joshua. You see Jarvis... is a real whiz when it comes to lacrima. I'm sure if he gets some... he could take us all there. Together." He smirked, before sighing. "Even if Jarvis cant..." He had faith in him, but still. "Nobody is keeping me here." He flared up with more light magic. "How are you people going to keep real wizards in a room? eh? Especially one that could just... fly away." He sighed. "I would've hoped for a litttle more trust from our sister guild." He grunted, wings still open. Edo-Lazarus He knew it. Pen had betrayed him. He pulled back his hood, sitting on top of a nearby wall. He shook his head. He was right to believe Pen had been corrupted by the darkness, and the prospect of magic. He obviously had anticipated this, and had taken perfectly good measures to aid him. "B-b-but master pen! Lazarus-sama requested for you personally, it was of the up most importance. Even if you say the commander has betrayed the kingdom, I cannot believe your words. I, and a vast majority of the city troops will take his side, surely you must realize that?" Edo-Lazarus had been watching. "Now now soldier, there's no need to sully your own name. Pen is right. I have betrayed the kingdom... But for the greater good." He grinned. He jumped down from the wall and slowly walked over. "I do apologize." He said to the young man. "I did have faith in you to deliver the message. But I knew exactly what this man would do. I had no choice but to follow you." He glared at pen. "You are excused soldier." He growled. The soldier saluted, and left rather abruptly, presumably to get more men. Edo-Lazarus looked toward Angelo. He did not know him. He had listened to Angelo's previous words, and decided to enlighten him. "Young man. This guy has no intention of becoming your ally. Presuming you are from Earthland, he plans to steal your magical power from you, and destroy this kingdom." He grumbled. "Master Pen. You've really gone and done it this time." He flung back EL-Lazarus' jacket, and drew the short sword he had on his person. "I will end you here Pen." He glared. "I have to, Earthland Lazarus and Sasha have put their faith in me. I will not let them down!" He yelled, lurching forward.
