[h2]Backstory[/h2]
He was born in a New York suburb, and trained to be a police chief. He was killed when he tried to interrupt a gas-station robbery, shot right in the head by the robber. Unfortunately, the robber was never caught. He was 34 years old.

He was fairly wealthy, as he was a wise investor. He did some odd jobs as an artist, but he lived a fairly quiet life, at the very least for a police officer.
[h2]Personality[/h2]
James was once a gregarious and kind person, his heart was wide and he had a way of solving problems. Now, he has turned into a macabre, dark and brooding avatar of Thanatos. We puts up a wall of stone when taunted, and uses his newfound flowers to get back at them. He has a deep, lingering hate for injustice but now, he punishes the sinners. He dresses in a gothic matter, signifying even more of his pessimistic outlook.
[h3]Skills[/h3]
James is a truly phenomenal artist. His paintings are often of the Archangel Gabriel, and quite a few of his likeness in battle with Lucifer. Many of his works adorn his basement gallery, as so the public eye does not see them. Aside from that, his avatar gives off very few genetic clues to murder, and as such he has taken to forming a 1-man police force, executing every evildoer he sees.
[h3]Relic[/h3]
James's relic is one of blood. Literally. It allows him to take the blood of his victims leaving far less of a trace of how they died. He even uses the blood for the red inks in his paintings. Satan's eyes literally glow with blood.[/center]
