 Hi, this is a revamp of an old Naruto Rp created by Ves. This Rp is going to follow the laws of Naruto, but will take place in a different universe, almost identical to that of the world of Naruto except the events that happened in Naruto i.e. the Mass murder of the Uchiha clan, or any clan for that matter.

"Hello, and welcome to my Naruto role-play. This will take place in an alternate universe, meaning that it avoids any canon characters entirely, but the standard countries and villages; I.E Konohagakure, Kumogakure, Sunagakure, Iwagakure and Kirigakure. Otõgakure has never existed, while Amegakure has been created by a, so far, unknown man. The time-line is roughly around the same time Naruto begins, so therefore, no new technological advancements have been made. As the Hokage looked out to Konoha, he smiled. There was the ground he played in as a kid. Where he had fights, and indeed where he grew up. He loved this village, and did not want to let go of it. He knew the time was coming in which they would be tested. He knew it was inevitable. For now, all he could do was look to the little lights of the future within his ground."
You are the light of the future. Nine children will soon become a Genin. They will be split into three squads, and each squad will have a Jounin teacher joining them. The story will start with the Jounins meeting the Hokage - setting Konohagakure. Afterwards the Jounins are to go to the class room in which the students would already be in. [hider=Rules and Regulations]

[*]1. No Godmodding. This includes invulnerability to damage, and one hit kill moves.

[*]2. 1 Chakra nature, 1 use of element. This rule applies at the Genin stage only. Afterwards you can choose to add an element or gradually add elements to your character, but they better have a legitimate excuse for doing so. I will allow dual chakra natures such as Scorch, and Storm, but you will have to choose whether your character is going to use Schorch, fire, OR wind. You cannot choose more than one. After Genin, I will consider the idea of 2 or mastering more, as they do in the Manga/Anime. Furthermore your characters will not be able to use any element jutsu that is outside of their mastered elements at ANY point in the RP. That is common sense, as casting jutsu is conjuring up your chakra.

[*]3. Jinchuuriki's are accepted, but realize they may die halfway through the Rp. Much like how the Akatsuki used the Biju's, the villans of this Rp are seeking them as well. Furthermore, if you still decide to create a jinchuuriki, as a Genin, your character CANNOT control its ability nor can s/he gain any benefits from the jinchuuriki, with the exception of them losing control of their jinchuuriki (however take this with a grain of salt.)

[*]4. Techniques: As a Genin, you should have mastered all your E-rank tech. As for D-rank techs, I am allowing 3 to start, or you can trade the three D-rank for ONE C-rank, and it better be followed by a good explanation (example: Uchiha, coming of age learn the fireball tech).No B-rank and above at Genin level whatsoever, and no C-rank either except for the already learned jutsu if you choose to do so! Also I will allow custom techniques, but they will count as two D-rank techs. Furthermore you can sacrifice 3 E-rank tech to gain extra D-rank tech to start out. However that means your ninja would not have trained at the academy or learned a different way. Remember that your characters will start out weak, but grow stronger gradually until reaching super strength (if you survive long enough that is).

[*]5. As this is an alternate universe, the Uchiha Massacre did not happen, and other clans that were 'extinct' are still alive. However a note on the Uchiha clan, the use of sharingan at this point is only for predicting moves better, and will be limited heavily on the amount of time available to use. This is at the beginning of their journey, and goes for all the custom techs as well.

[*]6. Adhere to my words. This Rp is going to be following the rules of the anime many times. Feel free to challenge what I say in terms of ruling, but be sure to back it up with evidence from the manga/anime. Nevertheless my word is final, so please listen.
