For the most part, they initially won't be able to remember anything about how to use their angelic abilities. However, as they start to recall, a few things may vary like: Control of a specific [natural] element (ONE AND ONLY ONE.), Aura control (healing, influencing the emotions of others), and naturally, flight. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them. 

Another important thing to know is that the angels are varying degrees of cyborg. Some can just have a few augments, a nurse cyborgel with a red circle in place of an eye to xray patients, for example. Others can be almost complete androids save for some internal organs. It's all varying degrees of machina used, and thus providing large pathways for different types of mechanical abilities as well.
