Afterwards using the “ram” symbol as a release or by simply commanding it, the seeds began to sprout having various effects on the situation: If planted in a non-living source plant may grow and bind. When planted near a human source, it will consume their chakra, and paralyze the body. Eventually if allowed it will consume the living source. The plant’s strength depends on the chakra, and the water source provided.

[u][b][color=#D4D4CF]Personality:[/color][/b][/u] Kaito is a solemn individual. He seems to be indifferent to all the noise around him. He takes order from the Hokage as Kaito is his right hand man. He always has a blank expression on his face. Nevertheless he cares for the lives of people more than anything.

[u][b][color=#D4D4CF]Backstory:[/color][/b][/u]Having been grown up under the training of the current Hokage, Kaito never really had a childhood. He has trained and trained with the sole purpose of serving. Kaito has been part of the Anbu squad, but was now called to train genins. Not much else is known about him.
