Robert laid down on one of the beds in his team's dorm room, then searched his pockets for his scroll. After finally finding it, he pulled out the device and activated it. The holographic screen appeared glitchy and buggy due to water damage, constantly dropping it on the ground, and other general wear-and-tear. He looked around the room, confirming that no one else was in the room to see what he was about to do. When he was absolutely sure none of his teammates were present, he typed into the internet search bar his favorite website to waste time on, and began rapidly typing extremely long paragraphs on some subject. What was the website? What was he typing? That's completely unnecessary information for now. Suddenly, Greyson burst into the room, a look of hatred on his face. Robert threw his scroll across the room in an effort to hide what he had been typing. "Hey, Greyson. What-what's going on? What's on that scroll? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You don't even need to look at it. It's completely blank. In fact, it's broken. Yeah, that's why I threw it. I was frustrated that it no longer works. No need to check it at all," Robert quickly said, answering a question that Greyson didn't even think to ask. "You idiot! Why do you deserve her?! Why does she always pay attention to you, but never gives me a second look?! Always ignoring me and fawning over you?! Why!?" Greyson shouted. "Wait, what? What are you talking about Greyson?" Robert asked, confused. "I'll kill you!" Greyson said as he pulled out his sword, Ransack, and made a downward slash toward Robert. Luckily, Robert rolled off the bed just in time to see it be sliced in two by Greyson's weapon. "Greyson, what are you doing?!" Robert shouted, wooden splinters from the bed pelting his face. "This is for Priscilla!" Greyson shouted before making an upward slash toward Robert. Robert jumped backward to avoid the inelegant attack. He was still confused about what was going on though, his head not completely in the fight, so Greyson's sword was able to make a large cut diagonally across his chest. Robert fell on his back and clutched his chest with a cry of pain. "Die!" Greyson screamed with anger as he made a vertical swing toward the injured Robert. Greyson was not prepared for his opponent to suddenly begin defending himself though, and his attack was blocked by Robert's bracers. "What's gotten into you, Greyson?!" Robert shouted. Greyson didn't answer though, he just kept pushing his sword downward, trying to finish his previous attack. Robert, finding that he wasn't going to get any answers from his former teammate, kicked Greyson in the shin, making him drop to his knees. Then he made another kick toward Greyson's chest, pushing him back and giving Robert room to stand again. "Greyson, you don't want to do this." "Die, you asshole," Greyson cried as he thrust his sword forward, aiming for Robert's chest. Robert rolled out of the way of the attack and made a high kick toward Greyson's exposed head, knocking him out instantly. Robert approached the unconscious body of Greyson, kneeling down to see if there was any physical signs to show what had caused Greyson to act as he did. "This must be the work of the arch-nemisis of my favorite comic book heroes' X-Ray and Vav, CorPirate!" Suddenly, the wall of the the dorm was obliterated as two individuals, hidden in the smoke caused by the obliteration of the wall, stood there striking super heroic-looking poses. "X-Ray and Vav?" Robert asked the two figures as they stepped forward from the smoke. "Yes, it is us, X-Ray and Vav!" X-Ray shouted, "And we need your help Robert to defeat CorPirate's new evil scheme." ----- Robert stopped typing on his scroll and looked through his work. He scrolled back up to the top of the page, the url of the website, fanfiction.net, now prominently shown, as well as the name of the long story that Robert had spent more than an hour and a half typing out, "Robert Fallson meets X-Ray and Vav!" He gave the story another look through, before finally erasing the whole thing, deciding that the entire thing was trash that didn't deserve to see the light of day. Priscilla walked into the dorm and saw Robert lying on the bed. "You ready for our date, Robbie?" she asked, looking at him with the cutest smile. "Ready whenever you are, Priscilla," he responded as he got off the bed and followed her out of the room.
