If non-lethality is an option superheroes are supposed to take it, it's how it works. I usually don't mind heroic characters killing enemies but this is a special case given what kind of characters these are.

Yep and the most famous villain in comic books is a psychotic killer. The Joker is senseless killer and he's awesome
