I know some may disagree with this however i am personally finding the current HCL's power levels to be too damn high so, if i get a majority vote of likes on this comment then i'll start an HCL3 with revamped character mapping and careful manipulation of strength across the platforms so that we don't have massive fucking swarms of souls and nanites that are apparently unkillable and LIVING BLACK HOLES stomping about as big bads and instead shift gears to a sort of growth style rp.

While some may not beleive this i have actually been experimenting with various rp structures and have finally concocted something with enough structure that fights between players are lessened by a wonderful nice percentage and enough free form to still retain this not being a sodding table top. if you have questions please ask however; this is the post i'm going to use as the voting board for whether or not you people want shit to rebalanced like i do so please like if you support it and dislike if you do not. i await your replies
