Weapons: Remington 870 Supermag 12 ga shotgun, A .22 caliber revolver and a large Buck knife in a holster against his hip.

Equipment: A backpack that is mostly empty, due to a quick escape.  He has a couple of bottles of water, and some candy he stole from a local gas station.

Brief bio:  Asher was a farm hand before the apocalypse broke out.  He lived close to Emma and Grace, and mostly watched from afar as they went about their day to day activities.  After Grace went to jail, Emma became distant and cold toward everyone around her, causing Asher's attention to turn even more toward her.  Not knowing where he's supposed to go or what he's meant to do in this new world, he just follows along, hoping that she has some clue of how the mess they are in will get better, in the end.
